無論你多幸福，
如果你不平靜，
就不是真的幸福！
平靜就像清澈透亮的鏡子，
可以照見真實與虛幻。
一種超越喜悅的平靜。
在那個當下
沒有覺醒與不覺醒的界限，
只有寂靜，只有寧靜，只有平靜。
你的心平靜嗎？
一句簡單的話，卻有非常深刻的力度！
當一個企業家無法經驗到內在的平靜和內在的生命的時候，
外在的成功和財富就變得毫無意義、毫無價值。
當他能經驗到內在的生命時，他才真的找回自己的力量。
這時候，他才真正經驗到生命的富足，才感覺到生命的圓滿。
同樣的，一個女人經驗到了原來幸福是來自內在的平靜，
失去了這份紮根內在的平靜，幸福就像失去了根，
那是一種虛空的幸福。
同樣的，覺醒的體驗只是平靜大海的浪花，
浪花終將回歸平靜的大海。
真正的覺醒是平靜的大海，而不是那朵覺醒的浪花。
在平靜中沒有覺醒與不覺醒，
覺醒與不覺醒的浪花最終消融在大海的懷抱，
消融於一體的意識之中。
這個平靜不是我們大眾所認為的平靜，平靜有不同的層面，
當你進入意識的蛻變，你會在意識的最深的層面經驗到：
平靜的核心就是本性自照，平靜就是你的本來，
平靜就是那個大自在心，就是那個大圓滿心。
所以，真正的平靜就是無限的幸福。
如果一個人不平靜，他就無法感受到內在的富足，
沒有內在的富足，怎麼可能有外在的豐盛呢？
所以，真正的平靜就是富足。
如果說一個人沒有平靜，怎麼可能有真正的和諧呢？
沒有平靜就沒有和諧，平靜就是和諧。
平靜就是大海，而富足、豐盛、幸福、和諧、恩典、喜悅各種愛的品質就是大海所呈現出來的不同的浪花。
離開了平靜，就離開了真正的你！
所以，你無法在平靜之外尋找到真實的生命，
請不要再迷茫往外去追尋！
請在自己的生命關係中紮根平靜，
在意識的最深層面，你將照見到那個如如不動的大平靜，
那是你本來的樣子，那是自然的覺醒！
